HOW MUCH DOES AN APPRAISAL COST?
A basic appraisal costs $400 but can be more depending on complexity. Complex appraisals begin at $550. Factors that can cause complexity: location, age, size, condition, quality (amazing or not so much), design, lot size, view (canal, bay, other homes, non-residential things like commercial property, railroad tracks, busy roads). Once I have the address of your property, I can provide an accurate price quote.

Zelle, Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check.
WHAT TYPES OF PROPERTIES DO YOU APPRAISE?
Single family homes, condominiums, duplexes, triplexes and quadplexes.
DO YOU DO APPRAISALS FOR DIVORCE, ESTATE OR FEMA PURPOSES?
Yes.
DO YOU OFFER A RUSH SERVICE?
Yes. There is an additional $250 fee to return the report the same day.
CAN YOU DELIVER THE APPRAISAL WITHIN 24 HOURS?
Yes. There is an additional $150 charge.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Payment can be made online or is due at the time of the inspection unless other arrangements have been made.
